Have you noticed some significant changes in the world around you? Have you witnessed planned and unexpected changes in your own life? Change is indeed the only constant in this world, and the times we live in certainly provide more than ample opportunities for it. What is shifting? Everything. If you’ve been paying even a modicum of attention to what’s going on in your life, local and global events, this isn’t a stretch for you. Yet a lot of people aren’t paying much attention to what’s going on in their world. That’s okay. What matters is YOU are cognizant of your world, your life. You can’t control what anyone else is doing, but you have power over your domain. A lot of people aren’t processing these changes very well. Have you witnessed this? Have you experienced it yourself? We all have days when processing life takes extra effort and resources. These changes aren’t limited to ourselves and this planet. Energies are shifting all over the galaxy, all over the universe. Energies of a higher frequency are coming in but even positive change can be stressful. Plus, we must deal on a daily basis with forces that have been put in place to block the effects of the higher frequencies. Take charge every day to make a positive shift in the world. Is there one big moment in time, a specific date, when this shift will become universal in scope on this planet? Yes and no. The revolution starts at an individual level. When we work on ourselves every day, living at the highest, best level of consciousness we can, we transform our lives in ways we never before could have imagined. Plus, when we’re taking responsibility and living the best life we can, we create some amazing, phenomenal things in our lives and for others at all levels. We just have to choose to evolve into our best selves, the selves that came here to take care of the business that only we can do. Once enough people make their own individual shifts, our world will transform into the paradise it was meant to be. How can I make a difference in the world? You make a difference with your own unique set of talents and gifts to share with the world. While many people may share similar skills, no one person is exactly like you with the energy imprint that is yours and yours alone. So be mindful of what you bring into the physical realm as you undergo your shift. You make a difference every day, in every moment. Consider how you want to utilize that power as you go about your day. What can I do to embrace this shift and make it a positive experience?
Animals live by their instincts. They live in harmony with the earth. But there could be more to this instinctual living than their relationship with their home environment—. Animals don’t learn skepticism. No one tells them, “You don’t know what you’re talking about. What you felt wasn’t real. You can only trust your five physical senses. That’s all that’s real.”
Two deer aren’t out there on the veldt having this conversation: “Hey, Bob. There’s a lion over there. We’d better run.” “You’re crazy, Tom. I don’t see any lion. There’s nothing over there.” Lion swoops in and kills both deer. In the actual animal world, Tom’s going to take off running when he sees the lion. Listen to your instincts no matter what. Just because we don’t want something to be true or because we can’t yet comprehend it to be true does not mean that is not in fact true. Something can sound absolutely crazy to us and still remain true. The entire world may believe the opposite of what your instincts are telling you, but if you know what’s good for you, you’ll set the ad hominems and straw man fallacies aside and heed your instincts. Each one of us is unique, so our instinctual warnings and other messages are unique to each one of us. One type of communication isn’t any better or worse than any other. Watch babies and children up to the age of about three years old. They have not had their instincts taught out of them yet. Notice how they smile at something/someone around you when no physical person is there in that space. They’re still living with their instincts fully engaged. Intuition is instinctual. Most of us have learned to overlook our intuition in favor of the stimulation we receive from the outside world. When you can, help young children utilize their intuition. That can often best by done by just listening to what the children say. Listen to their seemingly creative “stories.” They may seem outlandish to you, but could be perceived in a completely different manner by the children. Why would you want to take that away from them? Now is the time to heed your instinctual guidance. If you don’t know why, but you feel a strong urge to research someone or something or feel you need to try something you’ve never had any interest in previously, listen to these urges. Especially if you don’t understand it, listen to it and take action. If you don’t understand why, that’s okay. Don’t let your mind jump in and try to take over the show. Keep an open mind and use your discernment to distinguish between what your mind is telling you and what your instincts are telling you. Life is guiding you to something new. From time to time, we all experience precognitive dreams, meaning, we see future events of our awakened world in our dream world. We experience a myriad of other experiences in our dream world. How much do you pay attention to your dreams? Since sleep takes up anywhere from one-third to one-half of our lifetime, it makes sense to pay attention to this often misunderstood, but significant part of our lives.
When we lucid dream, we realize we are in the dream state and use our free will to actively direct our dreams as a director would direct a film. Lucid dreaming is exhilarating, empowering, and can help you improve performance in your waking life. Sometimes we experience lucid dreams without initially intending to control our dreams. This can be a fun, amazing discovery. It is worth your time and effort to induce lucid dreams. Since you’re the writer and director of your dreams you can go on adventures that may not be currently available to you in your waking life that are safer to experience in your sleep. You can travel the world or even go to other worlds, times or dimensions. You can climb Mount Everest without worrying about falling or freezing to death. You can also practice events you’d like to experience in your waking life. As you learn to take charge of your dreams, you gain confidence that carries over to your waking life. If you’re interested in exploring lucid dreaming, but haven’t experienced it yet, don’t worry. It’s easy to develop this skill. It may not happen overnight, but with continued interest and persistence, you’ll get there. Just try these tips: Set your intention and mental preparation. Set your intention to experience lucid dreams and build a mental framework that will maximize your success. This requires examining your belief systems. Our belief systems play a key role in determining our experience. As you develop your ability to lucid dream, you will be directly interacting with your thoughts and your belief systems, and you will be able to directly experience first-hand how important it is to manage your thoughts. Ask yourself:
Maintain a positive attitude and strengthen your beliefs in your ability to experience lucid dreaming, the importance and desire to experience lucid dreaming and be creative with what you want to experience in your dreams and make adjustments as needed. Each night, tell yourself you’re going to remember your dreams. It may take a few days or a few weeks to do this, but stick with it and it will happen. When you wake up, don’t open your eyes and don’t move. Lie completely still. Images of your last dream may come flooding back to you. Allow yourself time to remember your dreams upon awakening. Don’t start thinking about the day ahead yet. Try to remember what action you took in your dreams, the feelings you experienced and the people you met. Keep a dream journal. This increases your recall by engraining the idea that dreams are important into your subconscious mind. This is an important step. Record all of your dreams with as much detail as you can. Even if something seems trivial, you should still write it down because it may turn out to be significant when viewed later. Write down not only what happened during the dream but also what you were feeling and what you were thinking at the time. Write your entries in present tense instead of using past tense. This can help with memory recall. Include a date, time (if possible) and a title for each dream. Become familiar with your dreams. As your dream journal grows and your dream recall increases, naturally you will become more familiar with your dreams. Certain people, places, and activities may be more likely to appear in your dreams. These recurrent patterns in your dreams are your dream markers or signs, and they will be the first stepping stones on your path to lucid dreaming. They also will help you create your own dream dictionary. While there are dream dictionary books out there, the best dream dictionary you can have is one you create yourself because its symbols are unique to your dreams. Expand awareness in your waking consciousness. The whole process of lucid dreaming is achieved by training your awareness. The idea is to increase our daily awareness in order to benefit from the carryover effects it will have on our dreaming awareness. If you increase your awareness during the day, you will become more aware while dreaming. See the previous post on observation to learn about expanding your waking awareness. Combine your knowledge of your dreams with what you have learned about your awareness. Keep updated on your current dream markers or signs and dream themes. By linking the two, you will be laying a solid foundation for future lucid dreaming adventures. As you can see, these six steps are all interwoven into one basic process. I recently discovered a series of podcasts discussing dreams and how powerful our sleeping time is for our waking life on “The Velocity of Now” show with Thomas Sheridan. They do not specifically address lucid dreaming, but touch on the importance of dream time in our lives. The links are below: The Velocity of Now - July 8, 2015 with Thomas Sheridan The Velocity of Now - July 15, 2015 with Thomas Sheridan The Velocity of Now - July 22, 2015 with Thomas Sheridan Observation, taking in and processing the world around you, consists of a myriad of abilities. These abilities include utilizing your senses to their fullest capacity, focusing, paying close attention to details, reasoning, analyzing and memorizing. All of these skills require both the left and right sides of the brain. It’s fun to work with whole brain skills. Just like with intuition, observation skills can be developed and honed with diligence and training.
I’ve found the following activities enhance the power of observation. Don’t be surprised if, after practicing them for a while, your intuition skills will be improved, too. Increases in both observation and intuition help us become more aware in general, smarter and more effective in our relationships and in our job performance.
6 Ways to Heighten Your Awareness and Psychic Abilities to Help Guide You
If you’ve been around on this planet for more than a couple decades, you know the world has changed significantly since you arrived, in many ways not for the better. This post expands upon the one of April 17 regarding subtext, providing additional techniques for working with it. Subtext refers to an underlying and often distinct theme in a piece of writing or conversation, but it’s not limited to this. Subtext is everywhere in life. It’s what’s going on behind the words, behind the scenes we see on the surface. Looking at what’s really going on in life can heighten our intuition and working with our intuition likewise strengthens our ability to be more aware of the subtext of life. I’ve talked to people who told me they didn’t want to know what was going on behind the façcade of the world. There is none so blind as those who will not see. We all have to choose what we acknowledge in life, and for those who want to see more and heighten their other senses, physical, psychic and beyond, there are some easy ways to do this. 1. Get Quiet. Find a place where you can be quiet and preferably alone for fifteen minutes each day. Focus on the in and out motion of your breath during this time. Feel your lungs expand as you inhale and then feel your stomach flatten as you exhale. Silence is best during this time, without any music or any other sound. Make this your goal. However, since western society comes with a barrage of static to assault the mind, it can help in the beginning to use tools to help still the noisy mind. Listening to classical or other calming instrumental music can help one get started. Another technique to begin this pattern of quiet time is to stare into the flame of a single candle. Staring at a fountain and listening to the sound of the movement of the water can help, too. 2. Temporarily set aside all your beliefs. Pretend for just the short fifteen minute period of your alone time listed above that everything you’ve ever learned is not true. Doing this helps us become clean slates so when psychic impressions come in, we’re not dismissing them because they conflict with the belief systems we’ve adopted. Everything we will ever need to know is already inside of us. Our beliefs we choose from sources outside of us. Most of us have chosen to align ourselves with a particular religion, political party, the notions that we need some so-called “authority” outside ourselves to regulate our lives and money to obtain goods and services, athletic teams and other things in the outside world. Set every one of those things aside for fifteen minutes a day during your quiet time. Visualize yourself putting all your beliefs into an imaginary jar before you start your quiet time and at any other time you wish to do so. See yourself now as a clean slate ready for intuitive impressions you will receive today. All of your beliefs will be waiting for you to pick up again when you’re done. 3. Observe. Then ask. This involves making a daily commitment out of the noticing what you notice in the April 23 post. Stop and look around for five to fifteen minutes every day. This can easily be done over your lunch hour or another break from your work day. When you do this at work, don’t be surprised if your mind is more alert when you return to your work area. What do you see? Who do you see? What sounds do you hear? What conversation snippets can you make out? What smells do you notice? Engage all your physical senses as you observe the world around you. Clear your mind of all obligations, worries and static and really observe. I first started practicing this technique about eight years ago when I was stuck in traffic. I thought there must have been an accident since traffic had been reduced to one lane, but as I crawled forward in my car, I eventually discovered a barricade of over a dozen police officers on motorcycles guarding the installation of a cell phone tower. Since anyone who wanted a cell phone already acquired one over a decade earlier and sufficient towers were available for coverage at that time, this strict surveillance got my attention. I did my best to clear out preconceived notions and previously acquired information and let myself ask questions. Why had police protection for this installation been issued? What type of opposition could have been anticipated? What specifically would prompt anyone to attempt to block this installation? It’s okay if your questions aren’t answered immediately. With the complex world that we currently live in, it can take some time to research your questions. The Internet is an electronic library and it connects us to people all over the planet, many of whom are asking some of the same questions we are asking. When we ask, research, discuss and act, our intuition helps direct us to finding the answers we want and need. 4. Emotional embargo. Now take all the emotions you’re currently experiencing and set them in another imaginary jar. Our thoughts about people, things and situations bring us our emotions. When we practice temporarily clearing them, this helps open the door to the psychic frontier. It also lets us look at things logically, so we can successfully utilize both sides of our brains. Just like with the beliefs jar, you can pick up your emotions and take them with you at the end of your fifteen minutes of quiet time. 5. Unplug your television set for one week. I know this one may sound odd, but when I discovered some information concerning the invention of this device, I had to extricate myself from it temporarily to process the information and to increase my understanding of it. If there’s a television show you watch every week, you can usually find it online on the site for the station that broadcasts it. I’m not suggesting you not watch these shows on the Internet. Just unplug your television from the wall for one week. I don’t want to influence you with my results yet, but if you do this, you will witness positive changes in yourself. Some people experience them immediately. For others, it takes a little longer. Everyone I’ve talked to that unplugged their television experienced positive changes within a week’s time. Turning off the television without unplugging it is not enough. You must unplug the device from the wall for a week to experience changes. 6. Continue your expansion on the psychic frontier. Continue your awareness heightening, intuition expanding practices, but remember that you can only expand these abilities in yourself. Don’t be surprised if after increasing your awareness and intuition you gain knowledge of things both small and large in magnitude that you couldn’t experience previously. The information was there, but you weren’t able to tap into it yet. Once these heightened senses become a regular part of your life, it can be tempting to want to lead others to some of the new things of which you are now aware. I learned the hard way that while a small minority of people may be interested in what you have to say, you run the risk of scaring a lot of other people. Approach with caution. Your time may be better spent on your building your psychic skills. In doing this, you’ll be guided more regarding to whom, when, where and how to share information. Utilize discernment and follow your other forms of inner guidance. My grandfather used to say, “You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make him drink.” I’ve heard an update of this bit of wisdom, “You can lead a human to knowledge, but you can’t make him think.” We can share techniques that have helped us, but, generally speaking, we each need to choose to discover knowledge, or to not discover it. Sadly, not everyone wants to discover it. Sometimes we choose to believe what we’ve been told. Critical thinking, questioning what we’ve been told, has not been taught in American schools for over 150 years. We must memorize what we’ve been told to successfully complete school programs, not question what we’ve been told. Students often get in trouble now for questioning what their teachers have told them. If we want to expand our education on our own, our intuition can help us in our quest for knowledge. All the steps I’ve suggested here are things I have done. Take other actions that you’re guided to perform to help you heighten your senses of awareness and intuition. Share in the comments and in other venues what has worked for you. I read in a psychology book years ago that Richard Buckminster "Bucky" Fuller, an American architect, systems theorist, author, designer, and inventor, said that we experience less than 1% of all reality with our five physical senses. Less than 1% of all reality! Keep investing time in yourself working with your awareness, heightening your intuition and tap into the goldmine of that remaining 99% of reality. Our intuition is a resource we have available to us on a constant basis. It doesn’t always seem like it, though, if we’re not first aware that we possess it. Whether we’re fully aware of this benefit or not, we can interrupt the flow of our intuition and its helpfulness to us if we adopt self-loathing behaviors, like abusing alcohol or some other chemical substance. We can also negate the benefits of this natural resource by tightly clinging to beliefs handed to us from the outside world negating our intuition’s presence and/or power in our lives. However, once we realize we have this innate ubiquitous supply of information and choose to embrace it, we can become active in taking steps to strengthen it.
Once we make the choice to embrace and heighten our intuitive senses, we discover a variety of ways to accomplish these tasks. Let yourself be guided to what will be most effective for you. Everyone is unique in his or her learning development and style, so try a number of different methodologies to see what educational options work best for you. I’ve found that the options that worked best for me at one time may not be as effective for me at other times. Keep your mind and psychic tool box open to a host of different resources and you’ll be amazed at the progress you can make. Noticing what we notice can be a great technique for starting the process of enhancing our intuition, but it’s also helpful to use at any time on our path on the psychic frontier. Sometimes we get caught up in the demands put upon us in our lives, be it with family, job or other area of concern, and we can forget about utilizing our intuitive faculties. Our awareness of it can wane. It’s still there on the job for us, but minus the awareness of it, we can put it in the background. Often when we’re doing this, we’re going through a stressful period in life, and our lack of awareness of it comes at a time when we most need our psychic resources. We can let our external world trump our internal world, but we can also let a part of our internal world, our mind, trump another aspect of our internal world, our psyche, that still, small voice coming from the eternal part of ourselves. Our mind is there to serve us, but how often do we let it forge ahead and take charge of our lives? When engaging our intuition, it helps to get out of our minds and get as close as we can to experiencing no thoughts. I’ve read about and practiced a lot of exercises geared toward strengthening intuition, including determining who was calling me when my telephone rang (we don’t always have to immediately look at caller ID), getting someone to call you, which elevator in a bank of elevators would arrive first, and knowing the time. Since we’ve all been conditioned to utilize our mind more than our intuition, however, there’s a risk of rushing to use our mind in completing these exercises, instead of tuning in psychically. Remember, since we all have free will, even our intuitive impressions can’t be 100% accurate all the time. Don’t’ feel bad when an impression did not play out with full accuracy. We receive the impressions we receive. We can’t let ourselves become attached to them. The more we flex the intuitive muscle, the stronger it becomes. There are steps we can take to move our mind to the side and engage our intuition. When you notice something, like an incoming phone call, stop. Take a breath. Do your best to clear your mind. Think of nothing. Don’t guess who’s calling you or which elevator will arrive first. Simply stop, clear and step into your awareness. What’s the first impression, in whatever form, that you receive? What do you feel? What do you see in your mind’s eye? What voice do you hear? When you clear your mind first, then tune into your innate radar system, you’re taking your results beyond the realm of guessing. If you get no discernable impressions, that’s okay. Keep attempting to engage your intuition and you will make a connection. If the impression(s) you received isn’t accurate every time, particularly when you first start utilizing this technique, don’t worry about it. The more you work on this, the more accurate will be the impressions you receive. Work on this every day. Flex your intuitive muscle. Let the impressions in, even the ones you don’t want to want to hear or believe to be true. We’ve been trained to put a heavy emphasis on our thoughts, many of which were given to us by others, rather than recognizing the intuitive impressions we receive. Notice what you notice as you go about your day. If something or someone stands out to you in some way, pay attention to that. This will help you become more aware. As we become more aware, the veils held over our eyes, thoughts and other senses fall to the ground and we see things more as they truly are, not what we’ve been told they are or what we want them to be. Heightened awareness opens the door to your intuition. The more we engage our intuition, the more psychically and psychologically stronger we become to better face life when we experience it more as it truly is. When the things we deem “negative” arise more in our consciousness, this can be stressful, sometimes even traumatic. Yet the things we deem “positive” that rise to the surface in our awareness can seem overwhelming, too. Strength comes with practice. I recently noticed my thought of people who seemingly appear out of nowhere to help you just at the time you need it and then they disappear and you never see them again. I held onto this thought and considered how that hadn’t happened to me for some time. I also wondered how often in my life I’d been that mysterious helper for others. Later that morning I discovered my dog had somehow slipped his leash off of a steak outside and wandered off somewhere. I went out looking for him and asked a woman walking by if she had seen him. She said that she hadn’t and I walked around the block searching for my dog. As I returned, I encountered this woman again and she said she’d seen him as she was walking and she’d brought him back home and put him in the house. She was my angel as she could have saved his life. How often do we perform some small task, like holding open a door for someone with an armful of packages or smile at someone because we sense he or she is having a bad day and it turns out that act played a pivotal role in his or her life? I’ve talked to people who have told me about experiences like that. One man said he was thinking about committing suicide, but because someone struck up a conversation with him and in the course of it said, “Don’t worry, man. It’s gonna get better,” he didn’t do it. The paradox of all this is that often times what seems like small stuff is in fact big, important, life-changing stuff to us or the person we briefly encounter. When we utilize our intuition with the little things on a daily basis, it helps us gain a new level of awareness. We start to see the big stuff and see through the lies concerning it more clearly. We’re all made up of energy. Note the type of energy you encounter every day. When we choose to utilize good, positive energy, we can make positive, sometimes pivotal, changes in our lives and in the lives of others. We only have to choose to take action in this regard. A lot of people think humans are basically bad. I don’t know if that started out as an intentional lie or just inaccurate information, but it’s not true. Humans can, have and are doing bad things. Very bad things. However, it takes a free will choice, a commitment to that choice and action to perform those bad things. The process is not an automatic thing. If you’re open to it and look around you, you’ll find lots of people behaving in very good, helpful ways towards others because they used their free will choice and made a commitment to act in positive, loving ways. Practice noticing what you notice every day, inside of you and in the world around you, and see if you begin strengthening your intuition and making wiser choices in your life. Noticing the small things in life on a daily basis and logging these accounts, at least in the beginning as you increase your awareness of your intuition, helps you become mindful of your intuition on a daily basis. When you’re aware of it, and you know it’s right there with you all the time, you’re going to engage it more often and receive information you need to know to live a better life. Five Ways to Amp Up Your Psychic Skills
“Subtext” is a term used in literature and film which refers generally to the "text beneath the text" or the meaning beneath the words and/or actions of the characters in these venues. It pertains to meaning which is not announced explicitly by the characters or author, but is implicit or becomes something understood by the observer of the work as the production unfolds. Subtext is content underneath the dialogue. Under dialogue, there can be conflict, anger, competition, pride, showing off, or other implicit ideas and emotions. Subtext is the unspoken thoughts and motives of characters—what they really think and believe. I’d been working as a professional writer for some time before I realized how extensively subtext applies to people, too—all of us. We can’t control how others perceive us, but we have complete control over what we project out into the world. To some extent we all shapeshift or mutate to create the image of us we want others to see. How often do we speak freely in an employment environment? Do we rush to speak our minds in a tense family environment? It’s been my observation that in those situations we tend to keep our opinions to ourselves and either remain quiet or speak at best a partial truth of our thoughts and opinions. By becoming aware of subtext and then studying and observing it, we can engage our intuition and make our life experience easier. I’ve found five ways in which to use subtext to help engage and heighten intuition.

Years ago, when I wanted to engage my psychic gifts more fully and enhance them, I realized this was going to require a lot of work to do this and to understand intuition more. I chose to embrace the task but to approach it in small steps so I could observe my progress and not feel overwhelmed. I began to notice what I noticed. I put the words, “NOTICE WHAT YOU NOTICE” on my calendar and on my computer monitor. I kept a small spiral notebook with me to record impressions I received internally and things I noticed in my world externally. When I realized how strong my intuitive sense was, I wanted to increase my awareness of it and take it to new levels.
I didn’t want to make this a difficult task, yet I wanted to prioritize it as I knew using my intuition on an ongoing basis and helping others use their intuition was part of my life’s work. This wasn’t initially a conscious choice. There were other types of work I could have done, other types of work I thought at the time I would have preferred to do. In fact, I fought it for a while. There were a lot of other highly psychic people out there to help others embark upon their intuitive journeys. However, as I soon discovered, life reveals to us the work we were born to do and puts people, life events and experiences in our life to get our attention and to encourage us to perform this work, but we have to NOTICE these things to receive the message. Is your life’s work revealed to you when you initially inquire about it? Sometimes it is, but with a lot of people it isn’t. That’s okay. If you’re someone who’s still searching for what you came here to do, you’re in good company. With all the psychic clutter and distractions in society, at least in the Western world, it can take a while to break through this interference, open your mind to clearing out old thought patterns, change the patterns and tap into your intuitive resources. There’s an easy way to determine if you’re not yet performing the work you came here to do. If you’re currently employed at a job outside your home, how happy are you there performing your assigned tasks? Notice what you notice. If you’re not happy at least 51% of the time, you’re probably looking at other options. I hope you’re looking for other options. If you hate what you’re doing, notice this. Do the work to determine what you would rather be doing with your time. Use your imagination. If money were not a consideration, if all your needs for you and your family would be met, how would you spend your time? This is the beginning of the discovery process for many. Now switch your thoughts to money. How often are your thoughts and resultant behavior influenced by it? Look around you. Notice what you notice. How often do you think others’ thoughts and resultant behavior are affected by it? What words do you use and hear others use about it? What is the overwhelming perception of it that you witness? Money and its effects on our lives are ubiquitous and have been for centuries. Notice the effects of it on your life. To successfully utilize and strengthen our intuition, we need to examine our thought patterns, change the ones that aren’t serving us, and replace them with more empowering ones. Toxic thought patterns can block our intuitive progress, particularly fearful though patterns. Since money affects us all on a daily basis in powerful ways, each one of us needs to look at our thought patterns regarding money. Examine them. Take in information from different sources. Then use your intuition to ascertain what needs to be discarded and what are your best replacement options. Mark Passio has some mind-blowing, interesting discussions on money. He covers his topics extensively and comprehensively, so it’s best to study his work starting at Podcast #1 and moving on in order, but a couple of his discussions on money can be found at Podcasts #89 and #90. Notice what you notice about some of the major things in your life. Take fifteen minutes out of your day today. Turn off your electronic devices and sit in silence and ask for guidance on one of these areas. Don’t try to get every aspect of your life figured out in this short period of time. It’s taken a while to get where you are now. Invest time in yourself to work on important issues, one at a time. You’re worth it. At the end of this time period, if you received some information you can use immediately, great. If you quieted your mind but didn’t receive any answers yet, great. You quieted your mind which is key in developing your intuition. This is a process. Take fifteen minutes tomorrow and ask for guidance again on your issue. We can all take fifteen minutes a day to work on ourselves, to improve our lives. Anyone who says he or she can't commit to fifteen minutes a day doesn't want to do the work or doesn't want to change. That's okay. It's a choice we can choose to make or choose not to make. For those of you investing fifteen minutes of time each day on yourself, notice what you notice and be persistent. If it takes a few days or more before you receive any information, that’s okay. Be patient. It can take a while to free yourself from your mind and its voluminous amount of incorrect, outdated and often toxic information and open up your channel to the metaphysical world. |
